    So the year is 2030 and there's been significant investment in this technology and the investors want a return on their outlay
    Walking through Rotherham town centre going to a home match and there's a pedestrian block which is something similar to a road block. It's not the police using it but now RMBC and you've missed a council tax payment or two. You,re stopped and interviewed and it's all rather embarrassing.

    Someone else is stopped because they have not kept up their child maintenance payments and there's an on the spot fine. All their beer money and entrance to the match money gone.

    Once you,re at the match you wave your fist In the air in celebration after a victory in the seats next to the away end and on leaving the ground your are recognised and arrested fior public disorder . Police need their quota of arrests for overtime bonus.

    So some guy missed his council tax payments x 2 and the other guy has missed his maintenance payments but you moan about him losing his beer money and entrance fee.......I'd say get their ferkin priorities in order!
