In fact maybe the enclosure in front of the stand would suffice giving us the rest of the ground.
    Makes financial sense to me.

They genuinely could have just the bobby cox open this season and that would suffice most games for them, all together and maybe make a wee bit noise

Give us the rest in April for them acknowledging that it's best all round we deal with being top dogs and representing the city in the top flight with a bit of pride and less tin potness, they can get on with where they are most comfortable, in our shadow 😛

It may well be the last derby for many a year,it maybe the last derby ever to be played at Dens Park.I think the Dees should get into straw hats and trumpets mode.

Here are some suggestion's for them.

1 Wagner to sing We'll meet again and Three little birds.
2 Fireworks and confetti display during the Guard Of Honour.
3 A duet by McPoke and Rankin featuring the classic Who's that lying on the Dens Park?.
4 A halftime 7 a side game with the United 1980 League Cup Winners v 1983 Scottish League Champions.
5 A nostalgic pre match, halftime and fulltime bucket collection.
6 A halftime salute of all former Dee directors and chairmen who will be situated in the AuldHunStand.

Really cant wait for this spectacular historic event to come upon us! Clearly remember the day le fun were promoted and Whyties bar emptied coz the gates at dens opened with a good ten mins to go to let anyone interested in to celebrate. Only right to do the same for the team flying the flag in the top league for the city oh Dundee. 90% of attendance and pubs full of arabs who wont get a ticket waiting to get in and takeover the cesspit. Omg i might even buy a round! Regardless, it will be a feeling of real karma, What comes roond gets it rightupya!

Excellent start, good sir - How's about the following?

    1. A pre match 5 lane greyhound race - Twice round the track, then oot through the hole in the wall at the back of the Derry past the trolleys and straight doon the Dens road to the finish line at the wellgate steps, where agent Mcintyre will be waiting to hand oot the prizes.
    2. Free tablet for all Dees who donate £1 a bar.
    3. Sing a'long'a wee team - wi such classics as rule Britannia, Up to our knees, hello hello and the sash.
    4. Three dimensional hologram recreation of the cup winning team of 1910 on the pitch
    5. 2 Flat backed lorries at full time to take the Derry faithful up to Camperdown Park with pick axes and shovels - The only chance they'll ever have of moving the Auld Hun stand along there.
6 Free drink for any Dee who doesn't leave before 70 minutes, sponsored by J Fyfe, a truly shrewd businessman who won't spend a penny - FACT
    7. A free live *** show throughout the game on the matress up above the pie stall, to give the Derry an alternative pumping to watch

Slightly different angle, should the big day be march 27 v Arbroath.
Makes massive financial sense to play at Dens.
    Just a thought
