I have read the links from the two posts on here and its only fair to point out that somewhere on this board i did post about Herd Immunity and its dangers ages ago.It does not surprise me that at a meeting Dominic Cummings said,"So some pensioners will die so what?."

He was just echoing the line Trumpet is taking. Lives are less important than the economy. Bojo offered the same line more than a week ago saying we had to take a few hits for the team. After a few days dithering he came round to the approach now being played out. God knows when we'll get to see live football again

Wasn’t trying to imply the herd immunity strategy was a new revelation, as you correctly note, you and others have posted on it previously. It is more the fact that I can only conclude that, in reality, they haven’t fully moved away from it, they’re just not admitting it. “Economy before lives” still seems to be pretty much where they are at.

I personally would use my own common sense first of all. I would also listen to and follow Nicola's advice as this is specifically for Scotland. Scotland would be the last thing on Bawheids mind.

Common sense aside, we have two people in power who's hymn sheets are not really the same? Surely mad boris has more of a say than wee crankie?

Your own description of Boris may give you a clue. In reality, Scotland has its own powers in certain areas so can choose to go further where possible/relevant in these areas.

He should be ok. After the final address to the pheasants they all entered self isolation in The Royal Bunker last week.

What seems to have happened J is that two different messages were sent out from Westminster, these messages were shown clearly by Piers Morgan on ITV today. The first told me and millions of others NOT to go to work, the second message sent out hours later said we could if there was no social contact.
To be fair to the First Minister she was passing on the information from the second message that i knew F ALL about when i posted this thread.

Call her all the petty names you like but she's well respected both inside and outside Scotland. The same can't be said for Boris.
