Glad your OK....Map !
...hope you get your wish of returning to China - though as fit as you may be, seems you'll still have to Suffer Quarantine.
Beijing is doubling down on its zero-Covid strategy. The latest example: a $260 million, 5,000-room quarantine facility for incoming travelers set to open in the southern metropolis of Guangzhou in the coming days.
Comprised of rows of three-story buildings topped with gray roofs in traditional Chinese style, the massive complex spans an area the size of 46 football fields and took less than three months to be built from scratch on the outskirts of the city.
Travelers will be transferred on buses directly from the airport, and confined to their rooms for at least two weeks. Each room is fitted with a video chat camera and an artificial intelligence-powered thermometer, with three meals a day delivered by robots

Map: Its good to hear you are well. But wanting to find a job in China?
China is on a track of expansion, wherever, whoever or whatever it can rip its claws into and then take or claim.
The Chinese strategy originally propounded by Mao Zedong to annex Ladakh (India), Nepal, Sikkim (India), Bhutan, and Arunachal Pradesh (India), and that it is China's responsibility to "liberate" these regions. With the ultimate objective to assert China's claim and authority over these regions.
War with India? Its not a event of if, but when? But China could not do a thing like that ?
China has increased its influence, while using military and economic wealth and claims to island territories that have caused anxiety in neighbours to the east, such as the Philippines and Japan. We can call it, ''China's desire to reincorporate the territories lost during periods of historical weakness''.
The South China Sea disputes involve both island and maritime claims of China over several neighbouring sovereign states in the region, namely Brunei, the Republic of China (ROC/Taiwan), Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Vietnam. The disputes are over islands, reefs, banks, and other features in the South China Sea, including the Spratly Islands, Paracel Islands, Scarborough Shoal, boundaries in the Gulf of Tonkin and the waters near the Indonesian Natuna Islands. Due to its aggression in the South China Sea among other issues the Communist Party of the Philippines regards CCP led China as an imperialist power.
Xi Jinping has demonstrated "a concerted imperialist policy" towards its developing neighbour states to the south and west, especially Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Nepal, Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos, and Vietnam.
Doklam is an area disputed between China and Bhutan located near their tri-junction with India. Unlike China and Bhutan, India does not claim Doklam but supports Bhutan's claim. China's claim on Doklam is based on the 1890 Convention of Calcutta between China and Britain.
China’s Intention to Become a Great Power by 2049
Since assuming power in 2012, President Xi Jinping has clearly articulated his vision of the “Chinese dream” which seeks to achieve the “great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.” Xi has vowed to “restore” China’s historical influence and status by transforming China into a moderately prosperous state by 2020 and a rich, strong, and fully-developed great power by 2049. A major component of the Chinese dream includes the strengthening and expansion of China’s military capabilities. Beijing has specifically tasked the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) to complete military reform and modernization by 2035 and to become a world-class military by 2050.
To date, China has primarily relied on its economic power to cultivate influence in its immediate neighbourhood and beyond. Under the banner of the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), Beijing has pledged to invest more than $1 trillion in infrastructure investment across 60 plus countries. Given China’s growing interests abroad, the PLA Navy (PLAN) has begun developing capabilities to operate in the far seas. It opened its first overseas military base in Djibouti near a Chinese-operated port in 2017 and has demonstrated both the will and ability to protect Chinese interests and citizens in foreign countries, as evidenced by the non-combatant evacuation operations it carried out in Libya and Yemen in recent years.
Of course there is much more but this is enough for now.
Aye up, I hadn't seen this when I posted on t'other thread so good news indeed. As for China, they're only doing what we (and the Yanks) did years ago though that doesn't make it right. Hopefully international pressure will moderate their actions, we had no such external leverage and so did as we wanted.
