now I didn't see the game, but from what ive seen and read - I'd say he's talking utter bollox.

    ..

The only clear cut chance we had was from an assist by a Brentford defender who mistimed a backpass which put Cornet through on goal who then hit it straight at their goalkeeper.Brentford looked much more dangerous going forward but compared to us everybody looks more dangerous. So yes utter bollox.

We are not Fulham, Bournemouth even Shef Utd... we are tight as fck... we will not pay huge wages outside the prem..
say bye bye to: McNeail, Taylor, Cornet, Tarks, Pope.
We are then left with a squad of 35 year olds after...
where are the new players coming from, we are lucky to get half of money received?

I can see us going out of the championship... complete internal combustion!

he's in the ballpark as soon as the lads set foot on the pitch - Buda....as regardless, "the spin can makes it palatable" which seriously plisses me off because it proves these "managers" (aka politicians) need to be foremostly bullshlit specialists.....and all for the simple enjoyment of kicking a ball around - they so self-absorbed that they dont hear how idiotic they sound ?....but worse is, that they expect us to believe it.

One thing I struggle to understand. When mr.Pace took over the club, his first priority was to extend SD's contract. If you are a potential buyer and look at a club, then usually one does have a few visions and ambitions regarding the future. One thing I've started to doubt is how much research the ALK Group actually did ahead of the takeover. Did they just look at the stats from the prior seasons and decide to keep a manager or did they watch a few games to make up their mind?

Yes, SD has a pub named after him and deserves a statue outside the Turf, but the biggest mistake by mr.Pace/ALK was to extend SD's contract. If they do sack him (I hope they do), then he will have to be compensated, right? A waste of money. With relegation most likely, a compensation to a sacked manager is probably something the club shouldn't prioritize... Even if it is needed. We will soon have a red-nose-Fergie-situation at the club where it'll take several years to change the course of the club, because the longer this continues, the more the club gets Dyche'd.

The interesting thing for me CIB is how when maxwell arrived he played with pace - freedom and confidence ( a saviour ) , it didn’t take long to knock that out of him did it.

Aka - maxwells not fit - he’s a little bit off - lots of positives but his defensive side is lacking a bit.
Let’s have him on the bench a while so we can brainwash the *******s out of him.

Many have short memories, think back to how fluent and relaxed he was when he played initially and now look.

I’m the voice of doom and I’ve said for several seasons Dyche has to go as it won’t change while he’s in charge - he’s sucked the life out of cornet in a short time we’re stuck in a rut , we’ve bought an intelligent forward but forgot to stop kicking it in the air to him.

Imo anyway the whole thing is flawed and the man steering the ship is out of ideas

Yes it is a mystery with Maxwell. He was scoring for fun when he first came and Dyche complained that he wasn`t PL fit. Now, I presume he is PL fit but cannot score. He is also clearly not enjoying his football anymore.Which free flowing, creative player would under SD`s hoof and hope system. It seems Dyche`s PL fit equates to running around chasing long balls but not scoring goals.

We can’t do any investigation into players when we’re in for them , it must just be off the cuff.

Weghorst is a v good forward intelligent in touch - movement and bringing others into the game plus I think he’s a scorer for sure.

But he’s a million times better with his feet than his head , it’s almost he’s 6ft six so must be good in the air get him ( I’ve posted many times since his arrival Westwood persists with I’m going to call it the Chris Wood ball ).

It still bewilders me though that we’ve trained ump**** times now together and we still haven’t worked out it’s the wrong way to play weghorst and cornet for that matter.

It's sad that there are so many fellow Clarets who honestly belive that SD is our best hope for the future. It makes me wonder whether they live in the past with its "merits" or are too blind to see what is actually happening, the best example is like you gentlemen mention: Cornet with his free play-style upon arrival to becoming more or less a Dyche-player now.

It has been a while I saw the sparkling McNeil smile or the other players look like they are enjoying themselves on the pitch. Their bodylanguage isn't too convincing either and that is worrying.

Yes,even I think its time for a change of manager when we go down.Dyche has been unbelievable, but there is only so much watching hoofball I can take whatever the consequences are..

According to transfermarkt SD has a contract to summer 2025. If our wish is fulfilled and he does get sacked, then he must be compensated. SD is on what £50k p/w? From what I've read (sorry, don't have a link) he is one of the top earnes at the club. If that number is true, then he will have to be compensated for three years. That's 50k x 4weeks x 36 months = £7,2m... That is if the parties won't come to an mutual agreement. Whatever that means.

    Is my thinking right?
