    He was a great flair player but should have moved on from Southampton to progress to the bigger stage.

    His past comments made him look a complete k nob when he said Bucha's massacre was blown out of proportion and questioned 9/11 etc. Saying David Beckham was only a good footballer and not great was pure sour grapes as for me Beckham was an overall much rounded player than him and performed consistently well on the big stage for Man U, Real Madrid and England. Le Tissier spent his life at Southampton which is why he's now a sad old guy and bitter!
