Whilst I knowingly risk earning your howls of derision and/or being cast out from the 'Pack', I confess to a secondary interest in Spurs, West Ham and Southend United (whose grounds I frequented as a child).

Grizzled, a mate I met at work over a three year period lived. breathed (and suffered) over Southend. I received twice weekly reports as we worked in the cold managing the coming and going of school buses every Tuesday and Thursday morning for 30 minutes. I have often sneaked a glance at their club's results over the past few years, and although we still don't work together, am gratified to see that Southend are doing very well.[/quote]
