I dont know what has gone wrong with this laddie, but he seems absolutely bereft of any confidence in his own abilities. First half, McMann switches play in a way i have seen go wrong so many a time. It looked the perfect ball until i looked at Freemans face draining of any chance of getting the ball.

Im gonna defend Grimshaw though as i thought he did well mostly, but he had a couple of brain farts that might have cost us.

Thought Declan Glass had quite a good game overall but did fall out of it in the second half.

The Kai Fotheringham goal, while the keeper created the opportunity, the ball still had to be put on target.

As ugly a win as you'll get and a real flat performance but no too bathered.

Singing section brilliant but get that drum ti fk. An absolute annoyance just like every other team's drums.

Glass good in first half and best creative player

    We were feart second half

Fotheringham at least tried to do something when he came on and took goal well

Holt and Gallagher very valuable today in keeping it solid and getting the win

JG raging with the performance. Didn't play well, but got the win. We will have to work much harder than that to win this league....but that being said, we are top, another clean sheet, and we remain unbeaten. Time to regroup, focus, and for the players to start playing with a bit of confidence. That little bit of complacency and nerves needs to be be sorted out, but we are moving in the right direction.

Doesn't sound like a great game but will happily take 2-0. 3 points and another clean sheet will do nicely. If you count the Carlisle game that's only 1 goal conceded in 7 games. After last season I'll rejoice in every clean sheet we keep. Back on top of the league and Morton up next who look shyte. Not bothered about next weekends game other than trying out some more youngsters really.
