    Sorry, if he really is after £70K then he is not for us.

    Let's not be carried away with emotion because he used to be One Of Our Own.

    If he had never played for us, and was born in Bagshot, I doubt many would be excited by the thought of him signing for us.

    Certainly not £70K's worth.

    Can't we get round the wages demand by agreeing a signing on fee payable over the length of the agreed contract.
