Jews are incredibly influential in the USA, so much so that Israel is allowed carte blanche in commiting one war crime after another. Not satisfied with this, they seem to be seeking influence over the British political landscape now.

Israel has to be accountable, writing off anti Israeli comment as anti semitism is an easy out and should not be allowed traction.
All Labour had to do was take the definition of anti-Semitism that everyone else uses - which allows for criticism of Israel as long as it’s the same standard as you would apply for any other country. Simple. Instead it keeps on digging itself into a deeper hole.

There’s a lot of anti-Israel sentiment on the left and this seems to morph into some fairly idiotic and dangerous statements about Jews - Ken Livingstone being a perfect example. You only need to look at comments on Twitter to see Labour supporters uttering unbelievably ignorant rubbish that’s close to Holocausr denial and Protocols of the Elders of Zion nonsense.

Peter Willsman just sounded like an idiot with his Trump comment - for a start, the vast majority of US Jews are Democrats and the majority of British Jews are Labour supporters. Or at least, they were until Jeremy Corbyn became leader (and thanks to his old associations with Hamas and Hezbollah).

British politics isn’t just the leadership of both parties. I think there are some great backbenchers, particularly on the Labour side, but they are being let down by some of the headbangers in charge.

Of course it is, backbenchers have very little influence, that's why they're backbenchers!!!

The only exception is the 1922 committee.
