    You must have remembered a lot of the people from around there. The Welches. Steventons. Elsmores Truemans. Were you aware that Jennifer (Trueman as was) husband Geoff (Doyle) had passed away only a couple of weeks back

    Hi Tony, someone told the bungalow was up for sale and he sadly passed away. A friend of mine has brought the park keepers house.

    Hi Scoop, Geof lived 3 doors from us, didn't know he had passed away,him and Jenny were a lovely couple. Tony Welsh died of a brain tumour in his middle 40s ,Roger Elsmore died from drink problems mid 40s as did Danny Blares son, i could go go and go there most be about 20 who died young who you would have known.
    Been racking my brain who you are. the ones in Kelvin way who i knew went to the tech are, one of the Gordans,Jems,Burton,Rose and Stanley Mathews plus a lad further up ist name Trevor can't think of his surname.

    Won't give it away, but you're close with the Gordons. I think the penny has dropped with me. Were you both in the Cubs at The Good Shepherd?

    Yes we was in the Cubs at The Good Shepherd. My best mates in Kelvin way was Paul ,Dave and Mark Sheppard. Up from the Gordans was the Snooks,i went to school with David but didn't know what school his older brother went to. They had a lodger called postman Pat he goes to all the away games. JUst up from there the was the Edwards. Am i close.

    Same block as the Snookes but at the Dawes Ave end. Reggie Snookes went to the Tech I think. (same age as me) I was In the Cubs at the same time as you (briefloy Senior Sixer)
