It's a great message. It's easy as fans to get caught up in the emotion on a game by game basis as we see on the matchday threads and everyone all has their own ways of expressing themselves. I don't for one minute think our owners care less than the average fan but I believe they look at the bigger picture in the ways you describe and also the facts as well. Also using their own stats based approach which is a tool to help them in the decision making process.
I like the way the club goes about it's business in a professional, modest and quiet way. I don't want to hear of 4 year plans, that we are signing this player or that player, or this or that is being done to the ground. It's the actions that these owners take that does the talking for them in my opinion.
The key word in the message is patience. That is what it requires fans to buy into. One step at a time rather than three steps forward and two steps backwards. Like any relationship the fan and owner relationship relies on trust. The past four years have proven to me we can "Trust The Radar"
Long may the Reedz Brothers rein.
