Unless he wants to leave of course, which is looking likely.

Stephen Robinson is the Morecambe manager. Carson obviously played under him at Motherwell. Their current first choice (Kyle Lethern) is away at the end of the season so he's probably guaranteed to be first pick under a gaffer he has a good relationship with, if not now, at the start of next season. Pretty sure his family still live down south as well.

As the January transfer window opens, the situation of a few of our Academy graduates who have been out on loan for the first half of the season is changing.

Defender Ross Graham will return to Tannadice after a successful spell with Dunfermline Athletic, where the 20-year-old has racked up over 700 minutes of first-team action.

Shaun Brown has flourished in the Lowland League for Cumbernauld Colts, his goal tally for the season standing at four, and will extend his stay in North Lanarkshire for a further six months.

Young Terrors goalkeeper Ruairidh Adams has split his time between Lothian Hutchison Vale and Ryan Moon's Under-18s and will continue to do so, elongating his loan spell until the end of the season.

Spartans duo Finn Robson and Jack Newman will both return to Tannadice, whilst Rhys Caves' and Nathan Cooney's loan spells at Airdrieonians and Elgin City respectively also conclude after only departing on short-term deals.

The loans have been a disaster the only player that has got decent gametime at a decent level is Duffy at Peterhead

You can add Fotheringham at Raith to the list he wasnt getting a game either.

Fortheringham came back a few months ago, he had to get ankle surgery, that's why he wasn't playing for them
