The drawings for the supporters bar at Kingsford show it as a similar size to the one planned at Loirston which had a 1,000 capacity.

You should be able to get a pint at the fanzone as well. Hibs, Everton and Sunderland all have a beer tent right outside their grounds, so there's no reason why we shouldn't have the same. This is something we should all be mentioning on that questionnaire that came out a few days ago.

Getting folk to arrive at the stadium early will help the traffic congestion as well. Cormack talked about how they wanted to emulate how the yanks do this in one of interviews.

And a massive f@ck off bar with Extreme Noise Terror as the house band, the Playboy bunnies serving the drink and Zeppelin landing pad on the roof

Also a tailgate party area in the carpark for Oakland Raideresque tailgate parties

The club need to read this thread to see what the fans want. Some good ideas

You'd get more drinking time in with the bars right at the stadium.

At the moment likes of A.Simpsons and the Caley Golf Club are happy to let in tim minks so fvck them - I'd be happier knowing that my money from having a few pints goes straight to the club.

I couldn't get into the Northern Golf Club for a pre match pint because it was full. Turned out they had 20 Huns sitting at a table from Fraserburgh/Peterhead area. When I asked about this the next time I was in I was told that they had booked ahead. I never went back, it can shut down for all I care!

Its a business for f@ck sake. A golf club with no affiliation with Aberdeen as is Archies, its a f@cking wetherspoons, the grottiest of sh@te chains you get

Ive spoke to Hibs, Partick and Hearts fans(mine Derek Jorm min) in the Pittodrie Bar. Of all the bars that shouldnt have away fans its there you would think. But you get them. Every penny makes a pound in business

That indeed sounds very reasonable, if perhaps you could perhaps pop into the Northern one last time and leave the bar staff, cleaners, kitchen staff and steward a wee drink to show your appreciation...I’m sure they would appreciate your kind thoughts as they face the prospect of redundancy, especially since you sound like a regular patron.

I agree. In todays climate you canna turn away folk

If a table of 20 books up you will nae turn them away no matter who they are

Yes i would have hated being in the same vicinity but im sure the manager didnt give one iota of a f@ck about the dons fans there.

Sounds a bit like out hun pandering chairman actually

The point being was that the Stirling Reds numbering about 30 went there before every game and were known to spend a bit of money were turned away because some Huns made their one off visit. They never went back.

A golf club should not be relying on a Football Club to provide an income for them. It's their business, run it like one, or close down if it's not viable.
