And you never even got the chance to say ‘I’m not your mate’.

    Bless.

Your quality of life is dependent on yourself.

On that basis it is also running out in Saudi Arabia and the rest of the Middle East countries producing oil.

According to an article in yesterday’s Sunday Times newspaper Scottish Independence would inflict more than 250,000 job losses across the country and slash economic output by at least 10% an adviser to the Scottish Government has warned.
Richard Marsh who has undertaken the research on behalf of Nicola Sturgeon’s Sustainable Growth Commission claims that there would be significant reductions in public spending even if partly offset by tax rises.
About 7% of jobs in Dundee and West Dunbartonshire would be lost through reduced public spending.
Included in the article is a comment from Paul McLennan the SNP MSP for East Lothian who described Marsh’s report as ‘a preposterous scare story’.
You can be sure that if Richard Marsh’s research stated that everything would be wonderful in an independent Scotland Paul McLennan would be ramming the details of this report down our throats and praising Richard Marsh for his fully researched report.

Got the answer that the level of taxation raised in Scotland is greater than the Direct Grant from Westminster. However it raised another question con earning the amount of tax revenue that is returned to Scots as distinct from the Holyrood. Suppose all the money paid out in benefits and pensions when added to the Direct Grant is more than the amount of tax paid to Westminster?
Does that create a serious problem for Scottish independence?

They keep on knocking back paying certain benefits as they know it cud bankrupt them.

Pip was meant to be paid by Scottish govt from 2020 but have delayed it and delayed it and delayed it again.....2025 now the target.!!
