David Mundell, the so-called Secretary of State for Scotland, blanked a request from the Scottish government to attend an emergency meeting to discuss the floods crisis. He said he was too busy, attending a flower show in Suffolk, apparently.

Heard Mundell went to York (info not the best ) but anyway he should at least been up to see that suffering of HIS fellow countrymen and believe me I've seen what damage flooding can do.. As any plumber heating engineer will tell you.
