10 thousand pound fine per item of litter and if the person can't pay their house gets taken away and given to someone who deserves one is how it should be tackled. This I am serious about as it is so easy to put something in a bin, only need to set a few examples and the problem would be solved.

I saw in the paper the other week, an area had been cleared of litter and two volunteer groups were arguing with each other and both saying they'd done it.

I’ve visited worse places for litter than Rotherham but the fly tipping is getting out of hand
