Reality is not negativity. On his day Crooks might be worth 2M. Come June 30th 2022 he's worth nothing to RUFC. Reality is that in June 2021 he's worth somewhere in-between.

But what would it cost to replace Crooks ? At the start of the season the end is irrevelent unless the powers that be just want to make this a profitable business in which case £500k from Ipswich is going to be accepted IF it's cash up front. Fear the RUFC bubble has burst.
