You are turning this thread into a ****ing joke. Unless some types what you want, they have not answered your question. Why does every response have to be in response of something you have said?

Right, IMO although strictly speaking a GE should be about multiple policies, it won’t be. It will be a single issue event. Do I want a GE? Not really, I would have liked the government to have delivered what was promised but that has not how it has turned out. This has turned party political and it should never have. So, no an election is not ideal but with the current state of Westminster, they have no choice. 2nd Referendum, we’ve had 4 years of absolute bollx from all sides, a lot now just want this to go away and won’t bother to vote. The remain side has worn people down with everything. Yes, Remain might win, they might not.. But I agree with Adi, people are less informed. Why should I or any other of the 17.4 million people accept the result of a 2nd Referendum? I could just spew the same old boring bollx that you have done for years, only it could just be ignored as we stay in. Leave have zero leverage if there was a Remain vote now. That in my option destroys democracy in this country and is a bigger issue than leaving. So a GE solves nothing, a 2nd Referendum solves nothing. As has been stated on here a million times but those posts use big words and no pictures, so you don’t understand them. We had a vote, it was passed into law and as yet, not delivered. NOW ****ING DELIVER IT.
I remember Farage saying the people of London we're two clever to vote UKIP . Suppose there's always an exception to the rule eh

Oops...toys out of the pram time again.
You haven’t adopted a ‘Swaledale approach’...you’ve just returned to angry Angry mode...much the same as you repeatedly hammer Swale for.
You were much more lucid and pleasant when stuck in Italy.

Every response doesn’t have to be a response to something I’ve said at all. The discussion had, thankfully moved on from the ‘he said this and they said that’, teachers and van drivers smokescreen etc and back to the issue.

Brexit is the biggest question that has faced this country for decades and the central question has now become...a General Election or a second Referendum.

That is the question I’ve asked the three resident Brexiteers on here. Adi and Tricky have essentially ducked it and you’ve thrown a massive strop.
    Well done...great response.

Somewhere in there there’s a hint of agreement...’strictly speaking a GE should be about multiple policies, it won’t be...Do I want a GE? Not really...’.

There, at least, we agree...beyond that we clearly differ...no great surprise there, we’ve differed for years - your dislike for Keogh, Morris, Cocu and now Brexit to name but four - but if you want a way out of the ‘deadlock’...stop the strops, stop the name calling, stop the childish jibes and come up with something constructive because what you actually want is no longer deliverable.

He did say that MR, though there was huge amount of sarcasm in it.
He named the elite & cultured.

Specifically, the Liberal Conservative elite, who suffer nothing under EU immigration etc
Also the fact London has the highest population of migration than anywhere in the country.
it was never going to be a place to rely on for your votes for a UK having rules.

    Understandable really.

Sorry RA but you're blowing smoke up peoples arses here.
    How have I ducked it?

I gave you a straight answer. It may be one you don't like or agree with, or even want.
    But an answer it is.
I want a general election. We had a vote, you lost. Now the political parties either implement leaving or not.
Those that don't want it, you vote for. Those that do, I'll vote for.
Whoever comes out on top, should be allowed to shove it through.

Your problem is, you want to remain and you want to turf out the Tories.
So in effect, you want to rig Brexit first, then push (I assume here) the Libs to the front with your beliefs.
Sorry, ( to steal a phrase) cherry pick what you want all the time.

Tricky...your ‘straight answer’ was ‘because a General Election is where we’re at’. What sort of an answer is that?

The rest we’ve been over ad infinitum.

For the record...no one has come up with a better reason for a General Election than a second Referendum and God knows there’s been plenty of opportunity.

Also for the record...I am 100% opposed to ‘no deal’, 100% opposed to Johnson and his backstabbing cronies, 100% opposed to the likes of Farage and Tommy Robinson...that doesn’t mean I am a great fan of Corbyn or that I have no time for the more sensible ‘one nation’ Tories so please don’t try and stereotype me.

Actually Adi, I'm coming with you.
It's one thing arguing, but you get called from a pig to a dog for having an opinion.
Liberalism has taken a massive swing away from its meaning.

Who'd have thought I'd agree with Piers Morgan? Liberals have become unbearable.

Think I am with you mate. The thread should close now. The arrogance and ego of the man (or woman) I just thank god he never got near my kids to teach. Born in a bubble, lives in a bubble, will die in a bubble. I have no time for him, not going to spend my time like a hamster on a wheel going round and round. More important things to do.
Was a brief return to this forum but I am going to seriously lose the plot with him. Best to move on. Good luck. If you Tricky decides to keep going, good luck my red friend.

Would love to have a beer with you and Tricky but that muppet would get one poured over him or worse.

Interesting you mention EU immigration again always seems to be at the forefront of your thinking
