I've had a bit on Three Stripe Life in the novice hurdle, might back Gentleman De Mee without the favourite in the novice chase, and I think Champ could reverse Cheltenham form with Flooring Porter in the stayers hurdle.

Congratulations to SaltySeaDog, the last person to enter but the winner.

The prize is a £10 free bet on anything you want. You can make it public on here or private through the PM thing, just let me know.

Ah nice. I checked my hoss yesterday & saw it had a fair chance, but didn't watch the race today.

Does anyone have any ideas what I can bet on? Any winnings I'm happy to give to charity

I really hope you followed up with a bet yourself on that horse Seadog?

Was close to have a free bet for the excellent charity Mind with Any Second Now but a worthy winner and a great story. More than happy to suggest a horse for your free bet if you need a tip.

I fancied an outsider this year hence having too many bets on big odds thankfully Santini at 50s made it a profitable race for the household.

If you're struggling, Notts can be backed at 7/1 to be promoted.

Alternatively, you could find something that looks good value.

Unfortunately it's 'you' rather than 'we'! There are many weird and wonderful betting markets out there, for example you could back Forest to win the playoffs at 7/2 (might numb the pain a bit), Donald Trump to win the 2024 US election at 17/5 (never underestimate the stupidity of Americans), or Ukraine to win the Eurovision song contest at 5/4 (amazingly short odds normally, but quite tempting in current circumstances).

No time limit and you can split the bet if you want, just let me know when you're ready.
