Thread: New Striker

We should have gone for Rodriguez with Wes as backup last summer, I don't like him one bit for his cheating in the 2-2 last season and the blatant dive for a pen when at Southampton that got them the 3pts at VP. BUT - better him doing that to the opposition than to us, decent target man who can score.

Benteke? Big gamble but the right type of player for our system.

Thanks for the rule book correction Sam.
It may be something maybe not but Benteke not in the squad for Palace today!! Even their new signing Tuson made the bench.
    Come home Mate...

    Red ones are.

I had to look up the rules Dave - seen a few people get it wrong on twitter. I'd like us to get Benteke and Gayle and then when the whole squad is fit and playing together we will have a decent squad to pick from.

Gayle in the 11 for Newcastle today so thats dead and im afraid to say Rodrigez not in the squad for Burnley. Benrahma played and scored for Brentford so it looks like Either Beast or Rod.......at the minute.

Benteke coming back and buying Gayle would be excellent imo

Apologies everyone 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 I misinterpreted the rules to mean we could only have 4 loan players in a season and only 2 registered at anyone time.

    Thanks Sam. 👍

Could we loan Lewis Grabban please Deano and play him alongside a target man.

Excellent work rate for the team as well as the goals.
