Is that the logic though you can meet the same amount of people in doors for a christmas party for 24 hours and only 20% of them is going to catch the plague make it 48hrs and 40% will catch it 72 hrs and 60%.Really don't think that is how the virus works think 24 hrs is plenty of time for anyone with it to pass to anyone without it in same bubble.

You make it sound like a free for all on Christmas Day and there is that word 'party' again that you seem insistent on using that no one else is, least of all the SG. It is worth looking at the guidance again

Yeah as I thought 8 adults from 3 or 4 households depending if one is an extended household and as many kids as you want can meet up in a wee flat to partake in a christmas compromise where they can eat drink listen to music dance sing exchange presents etc.You're right this can in no way be seen as a christmas party it's obviously far safer than a lockdown and can't see this costing any lifes wee nic is looking after us well don't know why I doubted her.
