I log in twice in the last 3 years and it seems it is just to have a pop at you DD. I'm not. Over the last who knows how many years, I have generally found you quite balanced and have enjoyed your input. If you were an absolute trumpet like some the other anti-vaxxers etc. on here I wouldn't waste my breath - but I think you're alright.

Anyway, following your logic above. What makes Lyndon Dykes any different to your nephew. Parents born in Dumfries but brought up in Australia. Represented Australia at school boy level (suppose as a school kid you don't have much other choice when you have a 10000 mile gap), but when given the choice to represent Scotland or Australia at proper level he "followed his heart and gut" and chose Scotland.

So like your nephew, he was brought up in Oz by Scottish parents and feels Scottish as a result (as he rightfully should).

The fact he's f****n p*sh is another story.
