    Clyde vs. Motherwell

Clyde winning at half time with Goodwillie getting the goal for the Bully Wee. John Rankin playing too.

Albeit there's another game tomorrow, but as it stands we're the best runners-up. Dundee have the same points and goal difference as us but have scored less. Valiant effort by St Mirren today but not enough to catch us.

    Congrats to Motherwell, I suppose!

Looked for a long( ish) time that we might even win the group. Having said that , I'm not sure being seeded was much or any advantage.

Even if we`d won the group we wouldn`t have been seeded. Only 4 of the group winners were seeded along with Celtic, Rangers, Aberdeen and Hibs. We weren`t one of the top 4 group winners.

St Johnstone is a tricky but winnable tie. Glad we’re at home

I fully agree that this is a winnable tie but will be far from easy but home advantage will be in our favour especially if we can get the Dumfries public to come out and support the Queens. The club really needs to promote this game to maximise the crowd and enhance the chances of springing a surprise over Wright's team just as we did in the Scottish Cup when they were defending it.
