Craig brown is on the board at Aberdeen, why would he move. When did Archie last work in Scotland?

What would a director of football do at a club our size?

you know the workings far better than me h,
one things for sure, i would bet any DOF that knows his way around the game in Scotland wouldnt let any player that was "forwarded" by macnamara (allegedly)anywhere near the club.
i would love to know how many of mccans failures were down to the aforementioned

With Nelms too clueless to stop ridiculous signings like Curran and Davies and all the dross McCann/Hartley signed, stopping that by appointing a qualified football guy seems essential.

Donald Mackay didn't do too badly as a manager for Dundee, remind me who he played for?

Nothing to do with being ex Arab - McIntyre is a useless manager, he'd be useless if he'd played for Real Madrid end of. I thought the leg end's suggestion seemed reasonable to be honest, and Houston as a father figure would be a good choice along with a new, young and dynamic player manager.

Morton are a bigger basket case of a club than ours.
