Until recently I'd agreed with you, but since Trump got in anything is possible in this crazy world.

Pathetic Boris calling the Russians smug and sarcastic, such an irony.

Russia never produced it, it was Soviet made and done in Uzbekistan.
Anyway if Britain is going to bring double agents and give them asylum, what you expect the Russians to do?
Say, Hey what a charitable act, gents?

The fact is Britain in pursuit of monies, have taken dozens of Russians who are not flavour of the month in Moscow. And proudly milking them both financially and for PR one-upmanship. And then they expect the Russians to be a-ok with it.

If I am not mistaken, this particular double agent had served time in prison for his crimes. Upon his release he was swapped for a Russian spy we had. Seems fair enough to me and no reason for Russia to go after him and kill him................ and they may not have. But they may have......

Fair point Adlestrop...who’d have thought, just twenty months ago, that the Brexiteers would have been victorious, May would be PM, Johnson...Foreign Secretary and Trump the ‘leader of the free world’. The World has indeed gone mad so you’re right...anything’s possible...except perhaps, us getting promotion.

    .
Me! 😎. Also if Brexiteers had lost I’d have accepted it. Not carped on for years throwing tantrums! Look forward to the change and embrace it! It’s going to happen so jump on board and enjoy the ride!

Who would have thought that 70 years after the end of WW2 Germany & Japan would be the good guys on the world stage. The ideals on which that war was fought are now distinctly blurred. America has now a maniac in charge & a possible revolution is looming. This country is now controlled by tax dodging vulture capitalists who want to destroy everything the post war Attlee government gave us & at the same time swatting up on eugenics as a way of controlling the poor plus the Tories taking money from the Russians to launder their dirty money.

In that respect Corbyn has, again, been proved right. We needed to go through the established channels. As I understand it European scientists are now likely to investigate the nerve agent in The Hague...we should have gone down this route in the first place rather than listen to the rants of our bumbling oaf of a Foreign Secretary and the childish - ‘Russia should shut up and go away’ - comments of Gavin Williamson.
Actions and likely alienation should be based on evidence not political jiggery-pokery and prejudice.
I take it, you are also targeting your criticism at Macron and Merkel after the joint statement made by the UK, USA, German and French governments.

As you've stated on the brexit vote, the people in government have far more information to hand than the rest of us and we need to accept the views of 2 respected world leaders, not the communist apologist that runs the Labour Party.

I would suggest that Jacob Rees Mogg has more contact with the Russians than Jeremy Corbyn. He has 100 million invested in that country & his party is heavily financed by the Russians in return for laundering their dirty money.

    The same good guys who,
impose financial hardship on the Mediterranean countries
Floods its citizens with a deluge of illegals-

    Slaughter those lovely whales
Japanese government and the majority of the population are not willing to open the country for simple labor or unskilled labor (no offence) as workforce.
    ***ism against women

It isn't all rosy and both of them have got away with murder, with their refusal to compensate, or apologise properly.

well he doesn't yearn for the old GDR , tooting around it on a motorbike, whilst its citizens starved.
he doesn't praise Venezuela and its socialist despot regime. Where hunger/riots/democratic corruption is rife.
Oh yearh, your hero wants us to be like them
