    The Final Derby

So, this Guard Of Honour Derby - I’ve got a quick question. Is it the Funsters as the home team who are responsible for the provision of the foil confetti blowers and the fireworks?

Yes, they're also hiring Wagner to sing us onto the pitch

I know this pish is just a wind up, but do any of us actually believe we will leave it that long to win the league?

Thing is, what's actually mathematically possible doesn't make it likely to happen. Mathematically, who knows which game will actually seal it, but for me it's already in the bag and the teams behind us know it.

No - we’re going to do it a helluva lot earlier than that, but I think the consensus is that we should expect a Guard Of Honour at every away game thereafter. Well that’s what I think anyway and I’m sticking to it.

I don't see any of the teams behind us reaching more than 60-65 points so five more wins and I think I'll be celebrating from that point on. I have a Dundee united tankard my daughter bought me the year we went down, and it's not had a drop in it yet. I've sworn not to drink from it until we get promoted, the time is nigh! FTD

Before the middle of this past week i thought ICT might have been capable of going on a run that would push us, but not trouble us as long as we dont do our winter thing! With what i think will happen to them in this window, i expect they will keep their place, but doubt 60 points will be achievable!

If i were a Dee, i would be concerned with all of those Vultures circling on 25 points!

Granny the Dee has a similar story, she was given a personalised sherry glass at the Christmas table 1973.She vowed not to use it until another major trophy was won.To this day not a drop has entered that glass,FACT.

Eh think they should do what St Johnstone have and move their fans to one stand and gives us the others.
In fact maybe the enclosure in front of the stand would suffice giving us the rest of the ground.
    Makes financial sense to me.
