Great credit to the club for being asked to hold the match. Well done everyone involved getting it organised.
I really hope that number of tickets sold is correct, the lads deserve a big crowd. Not sure it is though from what I have been told.

8700 sold up to now but in previous not all turn up
    No parking at the ground
No team sheet or programme for this game

Is it the same team who won the World Cup or the new youngsters that are now training to carry on the good work?

Would be better putting the under 17 game at NYS, on the Wembley screen let the seniors see what a good winning side plays like.

Just got a e-mail from the club saying 8,700 tickets, so a good following, with this type of crowd, it helps the NYS coffers a bit.

True, but no program or teamsheets for sale.

Maybe the uptake has surprised everybody.

At 3 quid a pop for a ticket it will barely pay the leccy bill

They will make more money on the pies though (although they've probably only ordered about 100)
Having said that I think the caterers get all the profit on grub and ale.
More about the prestige than the dosh though.

Is that 4th England game in 5 seasons. Pretty impressive for a small stadium.
