    Huddersfield latest

    From club website
Top scorer Mounie may not play

Jonathan Hogg and Martin Cranie both made their first starts of the season in Town’s Carabao Cup defeat to Crystal Palace in the week and could be involved on Saturday. Rob Green could also be called upon having been cup tied for Tuesday’s game.

David Wagner revealed that Danny Williams received a knock on his foot in the game against Leicester City; which will be further investigated ahead of Saturday’s game. Town will also have to wait on the availability of Steve Mounié who missed both the Leicester City and Crystal Palace games with an injury to his heel.

Kasey Palmer (Hamstring) and Jon Gorenc Stanković (ACL) will both be unavailable on Saturday due to their respective injuries.

A lot depends on who plays for them IMO,

They have quick players and we don't , so if they play we could struggle.

Also dependant on who plays for us , interesting to see if we start two up front again in a league game.

Hudderfield Town midfielder Danny Williams is ruled out at Burnley with a broken bone in a foot.

David Wagner expects striker Laurent Depoitre, who netted against Leicester, to be ready to lead the line at Turf Moor.

The 28-year-old Belgian international is said to be sore, as is wingman Rajiv van La Parra, but it’s important the £3.5m frontline signing from Porto pulls through because Steve Mounie is definitely ruled out against Sean Dyche’s team.

Another man sidelined at Turf Moor is versatile Collin Quaner, who has a calf injury suffered when going on for the final 16 minutes against Leicester.
