    Tomorrow is the day

    ........when pre season training begins.
    Warney has said he intends to have the squad in for training three times per day and wants us to be the fittest outfit in League 1.
    Stand by for a succession of groin strains, hamstring niggles and pulled muscles particularly amongst those players who haven't looked after themselves in the close season.

    I have to some extent MM.
    My post was a bit tongue in cheek but I'm prepared to bet one or two of our heroes fall by the wayside in the first week 😀

    Haha, no doubt they will, but that's what pre season is all about mate believe me, fitness and strengthening....

    Every other day maybe but can't see them training three times a day.

    It won't matter if they can't put ball in net or defend.

    Just learn them how to use their brains and read the game

    Anybody going down for a spy...see if you can see the 2 ipswich lads and Proctor. Moore should stand out he's 12 foot 11! Might be some triallists as well ya never know...
