I am sure you will be so happy when Lansbury gets fit and leaves for Fulham tricky.

    Players come and players go.

I would rather have Lansbury at forest, but if he goes then so be it. If we get a decent fee and spend it wisely on a replacement, that's ok.

He signed when he was 21, cost of 1m and has played 60+ games for us, been good value for that, so we can't argue.

I've recently seen teams pay 2.5-3m for lesser players!

Burnley bid 3million and we turned it down.so now teams know went want more.so a nice healthy return could be made as we paid 1million.i hope he stays but this is football and anything can happen.

It's business SR. If he goes fine. As Pearce says, no one is leaving this club unless he says so and his valuation is met.
If they want him, show us the money.
They spent 11m on McCormack. If they can find 5M+ to get us to talk, I'd be happy.
It's their books they have to balance.

Should easily get 4 million for Lansbury, that will cover the cost of Dunstall hall.

Let's hope whoever buys him holds on to the transfer payment till September, I hear that's the correct way to run a business in this day and age, ;-)

The Dunstall Hall gag has been done. You lot and the Saddies said that was where the Lascelles bid was going, :/
