Thread: Derby's worst 'ever' XI

  1. #1

    Derby's worst 'ever' XI

Thanks to the international break I was bored and was reading a fan poll on Derby's worst XI in living memory. There were some crackings in there.

    Here is my worst XI.

    Steve Cherry

    Claude Davis
    Mick Brolly
    Bob Malcolm
    Paul Thirlwell.
    Jay McEveley

    Izale Mcleod
    Mikkel Beck
    Stern John
    Danny Graham
    Stevey Cross!

    Any others?

You got some good duffers there but Calamity Claude has to be the worst ever with Stern John a close 2nd, Leon Best could be added to that list too.

    Excellent post.

You would have to have striker Roy "Reg" Greenwood from the Tommy Docherty era. Somehow stole a living from football.

Also Tyson (a fast runner in his time but no footballer).

Vic Moreland & Billy Caskey also from the Tommy Docherty time.

Paul Emson & Steve Emery from the Addison era?

There have been some real stinkers to have worn the white shirt.
