Totally unrelated to your point and not that funny, I know, but it sparked the memory!

Any mention of a prisoner of war camp always reminds me of how my grandad’s brother died in one.

He got drunk and fell out of his watchtower.

It's good to know us old folk's ways are finally being accounted for in the company training:-

Intergenerational conflict with coworkers or management can cause stress, miscommunication and decreased productivity. It is critical to our mission to engage and collaborate with people from various backgrounds at work. In this workshop we will discuss the general preferences of each generation and the strengths that each generation offers.

On a side note, I showed up for some Inclusion training this morning and the doors were locked

    Basically it’s Orwell’s “thought crime”

The Schutzstaffel weren't inclusive - unless of course you wore striped pyjamas - then you were included in the daily headcount

Douglas Murray's new book "The Madness of Crowds" is about it, currently being serialised in the Telegraph and the Mail.

The Guardian aren’t going to serialise it.

They use it every day in their editorials

Like the one they had to change after saying David Cameron had only suffered "privileged pain" when his son died at 6 years old?

    Three editors passed that.

That was their actually corporate position.
