Thread: Where do you stand now?

In between these shockers we play half decent but that's no good when the next huge clanger is hovering like the sword o flamin damicles, ready to give away the points once again.
Literally laughing at my desk whilst reading that last sentence :-) :-)

My stance remains the same , they may well be decent player's in Austria ? Nowt to get excited about though , still no signs of any ambition being shown, I wish these players well and I hope it comes off this Austrian love in ! It's championship quality now that's needed , not gambling on dropping lucky with these lads, Rumour today is a defender from Notts Forest , plenty of championship experience , maybe a loan with a view to buy , "early twenties"

The ownership are simply being reactive rather than the proactive they should been last summer .

I'd be rather cautious if I was Struber , the deviation from the plan with one of your ex players is now something you own and something Conway can use as a stick to beat you with if he turns out to be a munter .

He's 29 with plenty of games under his belt , it's not known what kind of level he's capable of playing and neither is he accustomed to the UK .

Every much a gamble as anything else that arrives here , show me a Kevin Long , Danny Simpson or Richard Steadman and I'll happy clap with the loyalists .

Unconvinced ...... but time will tell .

Befooar the Preston game we ed won 1, drawn 2 and lost 2, the solitary win was at ooam to Huddersfield when we were holding on for the last 15/20 mins. Av erd this "we ev been doing well" a few times. Am still struggling to understand it.

Both of them games we lost afoor Preston, we weren't just in em we was better team, but guess what happened, oh oooooooh, he's not as he, he has. That's why it's so frustrating these mistakes, let's go back to qpr, we ad score 5 cos we was decidedly leaky that day! They say you defend as a team, but the specialists and I use that term loosely, are more like special needs. As that like said on tykes TV, no wonder bambos on drugs.

Austrians or not we asked for a deviation from the kindergarten plan and we have it, we asked for some experience and got it (albeit not in this country).
I don’t think we are done yet I think another 1 or 2 will come in, just hoping we don’t sell the teams decent players?
We are scoring goals and at times controlling games in midfield the weak link was in defence and he has brought in 2 defenders and a midfielder so far to try and eradicate this!
Personally I think it’s too late but Struber is trying to give us a fighting chance! If we don’t sell the Crown Jewels I’ll be back for the pigs game and give them my backing till the end of the season at least!

I am holding fire until the window shuts but if our star assets remain my first game of the season will be the game against the pigs!
    Where do you stand now?
Exactly where I stood after 13 games, 18:games.
    Behind the team....

WOW.... Congrats for waiting so long for your first game. Maybe you only pay money to see the Reds when they play Home Derby’s? Yet your “Opinion” and comments suggest that Even without ACTUALLY seeing them.... you comment so much........

    Let yourself down Perky.......

    Once a season wonder lad!
