As I say all the time, Que sera sera and there is absolutely nothing you can do about it.
You can withdraw your support and not attend matches, however, we have survived in the past with average gates of 3,204 so I suppose that nobody will worry about that ----Accrington Stanley would see that as a great attendance on a regular basis!

We are where we are at the minute because we have performed well above expectation in the last few years.
Unfortunately, without a boat load of money coming into the club, we will continue to struggle to compete at this level and I don't really see that Burnley FC, being from a small town, has the draw of a city club for any investor from outside.
Enjoy the moment, we have been at the top of the roller coaster and the next leg is a downhill, which may or may not give us more momentum to get up the next slope!
I'm not fretting about the situation Sub, just commenting on the way I see it. I'm a bit conflicted really, it would be a shame to throw away all the hard work it's taken to get into the PL, not to mention the vast amounts of money we receive, just for the sake of some sensible investment on the playing side. On the other hand I would much rather watch Championship football, and I'd certainly be looking to buy a ST again should we be relegated. So part of me wants us to stay up, not least because relegation means we lose a lot fofottball matches, which I never enjoy, but another part of me says take the relegation and start to enjoy going on Turf Moor again next season.

But fretting about it I ain't, I have far more important things to fret about, like what's going to win next year's Grand National, and I only have about six months left to work on it.

Well, at least I can put your mind at rest over the National Sinkov.

I'm going with you 1959_60, you have form.

When I recently visited Haydock races and took your advice, I supped the bar dry and still came home with a wallet full!

Brexit, Brexit, Brexit, 59/60, everything with you seems to come back to Brexit, it seems to consume your every waking moment. Take one of Sub's chill pills and stop fretting about it.

Apart from the horse racing, your thoughts are pretty much the same as mine, sinkov.
I have decided that, with the advent of VAR being very likely in the PL next season, that I shall not renew my ST. However, should we be relegated and the Championship decide against introducing VAR, I would be only too pleased to renew for my 68th season of going on the Turf!!
Like I said ---the roller coaster ride is to be enjoyed.

The whale vomit (if that is what it is - I haven't had it checked yet) is still festering away in the drawer BT.

IF it turns out to be the real deal then I'll chuck in peas and gravy too.

    Well, there's gratitude for you.

I gave you a dead cert for the National but qualified my selection by pointing out that we will be out of the EU by then...and our customs chaps may not let the horse in.

To give you yet another example of what a Great Guy I am, if this happens I will give you the resulting British winner.

We Remainers are a magnanimous lot and do not resort to insults or bearing grudges against you foolish uneducated morons.
