    There's a few factors that make redevelopment at Fulham a lot easier than Pittodrie. Main one seems to be Fulham's Chairman isn't a total C unt who supports a rival team in their league.

    I don't think it's impossible.
    I guess the question is whether we would get planning permission to cantilever a stand over a public road (Pittodrie Street).
    Then of course understanding what the commercial impact would be.

    It looks like they are not renovating over Stevenage Road

    For those comparing this with Aberdeen and Pittodrie.

    The whole project is costing £100m. They'll play with just three stands for two seasons. End result is stadium capacity will increase by 4,000.

    The comparison was with the land size, not the cost.
