Sounds like a system, a tennis coach would use Avondalemiller.

Reason being, that's too much for one person to be doing. Forwards, Midfield, Defence it's massively time consuming and surely all his time can't, for one particular area midfield of late, be focused on them?

Richardson will also be involved some days but Managers these days also have the other side to deal with, media, contracts, etc. What I'm driving at, is do we need to bring in people for certain aspects to coach in certain departments? Moreover, can we afford them?
The discussion should be around are the 4 good enough? Signs are that not totally.
Some players aren’t either, but is the first statement having any negative effect on the second?

We appear to be paying one coach to look after one player, because vik doesn’t need coaching. 😉

Actually we have 3 goalkeepers and it's always been the case that one coach specialises in that area.
Viktor certainly does need coaching because he's still learning and his distribution could definitely be improved particularly if he's going to get a move to a bigger club.
