The footage i have witnessed of England supporters knocking the shyte out of one another is truly staggering. So much for the mantra of the team has united the nation.
I am not referring to isolated incidents either i have seen loads of them.Did anyone see the fans who broke into the stadium getting battered by those who had tickets?,awful to watch.

That's the English fans with tickets fighting the English guys who stormed the gates.

Thought Gary Neville summed it up really well today. The English Prime Minister and Home Secretary condemning overnight online racism but these are the same people who refused to condemn the booking of taking the knee, almost encouraging the booing of it.

From my time in England I saw it as a pretty f ucked up racist country and it's just getting worse. The flag s hagging at every Tory politician interview is sending out very bad signals to the nutters that get encouraged by that.

My last post on this thread. To add to the photos I posted earlier you can also add violence, xenophobia and racism to reasons why we dislike the English football team. The events of Sunday were shocking but utterly predictable. The FA peddle the myth that they’ve got that element back under control and that England supporters abroad are much better behaved now as they’ve weeded out and stop the nutters from travelling. As we’ve seen, at home they can do phuck all about it and it was worse than it’s possibly ever been. Make no mistake, this could well have an effect on the UK World Cup 2030 bid and so thanks to those eejits we may not get to see the World Cup played on Scottish soil. And as for Marcus Rashford - you’re way above this mate. Retire from international football and concentrate on your Club career son. You don’t need to take that crap.

On the football side, totally delighted by Sunday’s events and incredible credit goes to Italy. There are few teams who could have gone into that absolute bear pit, fall behind early, yet still fight on and emerge victorious. As for THEM, once again as soon as they came up against someone anywhere near half decent they fell way short - Italy should have done for them in normal time let’s face it. Indeed, the whole match was almost a carbon copy of the Croatia semi. But, if they get yet another jammy draw and a succession of pub teams to smash they may yet be not a kick ass off going far next year so we may yet have a re-run in just 16 months.

Roll on the World Cup 2022 thread!
