Aye Milne said 60% of the training facility. That's 6m

He also said 40% of phase two, the stadium. That's 16m

Total 22m raised taken off 50 million total is 28 million debt

Glasgow, the central belt or Dundee? If the club said they’d have to play their home games in Shetland, you’d swallow it.

You haven't taken into account any future donations, grants and naming rights.

So in essence the same travelling time.
    Thanks for clarifying.

Add in potential for more direct routes / supporters bus option etc once the stadium is actually finished and you could actually reduce travelling time

Part of a Pittodrie day out is having a few beers prior. That cant really be classed as travel time as I make my way up King Street or wherever. Going to Kingsford ill be stuck on a f@cking bus. You must be a complete balloon to not realise that its a totally different thing. Then on top of that I could get off the bus at the Masonic Milne Dome and be refused entry into the bar is its for 400 only tiny and full. Sounds like a hoot. Especially when I can have my pick of places to eat and drink when heading to Pittodrie

Go and check the lists of grade four stadia. Dens and Tannadice are not on it. I just looked. Unless Lochee Uniteds Thompson Park meets the criteria and Milne means we are playing there. Stewart Milne is a c@nt and a lying one at that

If the maths are done. 1 hour plus 20 minutes plus 36 minutes is 1 hour and 56 minutes.

So I would be looking at approx. 2 hours at least as I said. Where are the missed out bits?

As I said I haven't factored in traffic or waiting between busses or even failing to get on a bus as it is full heading to The Masonic Milne Dome

Woah there. So your bus in takes 10 minutes from Gownor to Pittodrie? Is it a jet?

No but driving to Inverurie Train Station. Getting the train and arriving in town takes 30 mins though

Where did I state anything about 10 mins or anything that sounds like that anyway that anyway?

    Just common business sense.
Some things cannot be progressed until at least the plans are approved.
As an example, the stadium naming rights. Why would any sponsorship deal be considered before any plans are approved.
