Yeah guessing it is but if they are isolating correctly then in a week or so numbers should come down when they are all over it.Unless schools keep going up.

More cases came from one student FN perty in Dundee than the WHOLE of Edinburgh!!!.Still heard F ALL about how many people were charged or fined for that FN shambles.
Every single one of them should have been locked up into a forced isolation and then kicked aff their courses.

Cant remember who i am replying to here and i canna be bothered going looking, but the current trend for the 7 day average of daily infections in Scotland is down. Granted it is not a huge drop every week as i had hoped, but here is the the 7 day average from the first Thursday in Feb up to yesterday.

946 - 813 - 833 - 735 - 509 - 553 - 582 - 536.

The number of test being carried out is ranging from 10k to 28k, but test positivity is between 2 and 4.6%, when at the beginning of Feb with similar test numbers, the positivity rate was between 5 and 8%. I just hope we keep it heading in the right direction, but some people cannae help themselves!

I am stunned that uptake has been so high in this, and everyone in this effort must be applauded! I think the government target was 85%, and to consistently achieve over 95% in the age groups so far is a truly remarkable effort!
