    Help ...................

Barnsley's national dish is the world famous Barnsley Chop, a rack of lamb cooked in the oven at 180, gas mark 5 till tender.

Doncaster's national dish is Hedgehog, an hedgehog (most likely road kill) is raped in clay and thrown on a bonfire till the clay starts to crack then raked out of the fire with a stick then cut up into 2 to 6 potions with a penknife and eaten on a page of the daily mail newspaper.

Sheffield's national dish is the Greasy Chip Butty bought from the nearest chip oil, it is tradition to eat the chip butty with a woodbine and swilled darn with a glass of magnet, one punter called Moork from Pittsmoor said yah.

My question is what about Rovrum of the 4 big towns of South Yorkshire whats Rovrums national dish.

Ronnie Moore Pie. Decorated with an odd looking hat cut out of pastry on the crust.

That picture is offensive to all the vegetarians/ vegans on here.

A "Barnsley Chop" is wot tha got if tha replied to a "Who tha lukkin at ?" in Corner Pin Setdi neet in 1960's / 70's. Similar to the more famous Glasgow Kiss.

For Rotherhams dish I'd suggest a fusion between traditional Asian and Yorkshire grub- a beef kofta wrapped in a Yorkshire pudding. That's best ar can come up wi
