Timeframe for me....home form, prices (particularly subsidising wrinklies), tv schedules, killing the Derry, ticketing for the Derry, **** atmosphere, Billy ****ing dodds, state of Dens.
In my opinion the Dundee Football Club board of directors have made a very big mistake by already trying to sell season tickets for next season at Premier League prices when they do not even know what League we will be playing in next season.
They should have waited until the end of the season and/or the playoffs before announcing the season ticket prices for the 2019-20 season.
It is not difficult to do. They should have two playing budgets drawn up for next season. One for playing in the Premier League and a separate one for playing in the Championship.
Therefore they should also have two prices for season tickets for the 2019-20 season depending whether we are playing in the Premier League or the Championship. It is not exactly ‘rocket science’.

My tickets last year cost a total of £456, if I leave it to June my tickets will cost £810, I won’t be paying that for championship football,

I wouldn't be paying that for Premiership football either - that's scandalous.

Didn't realise what good deal Early bird was. I hope Rross doesn't read this post but perhaps some evaluation of the numbers of tickets sold to each category of st holder might bring to light some worthwhile stats. It seems to me that the supporters who pay full price are the demographic that the club wants to encourage. It doesn't matter if they buy super early bird or early bird they are defined by their age. They are more likely to be parents and have friends who are working with them etc. Pensioners will start declining in numbers and if the club doesn't do something to bring in younger supporters then our support will literally die out. I think it likely that pensioners are not going to return to watching live football, so what's the point in subsidising a dying section of the club? I'm not saying the club shouldn't have pensioner concessions but it might be that the subsidy they enjoy could be changed to support a potential growth area for numbers.

It is very early, but if you're after the super early bird renewal, there's no real difference in timings from last season. You actually have till later to get the super early renewal price this year. If you don't accept the price rise and won't be renewing for that reason, that's obviously different. As for not knowing what league, welcome to the world of the Dundee fan where that happens quite a bit, like the last two seasons, perhaps? People still renewed during 12/13 when relegation was a certainty and I don't remember DFCSS offering discounted rates as suggested on here, could be wrong as I didn't buy one. Might actually see some home wins next season if a decent manager can be found, as only one at home against the top sides and the team can't get any worse. So forget about the fixed price offer if it's too early, buy as you have been doing for years. Or don't, if you've had enough, couldn't blame anyone based on the past 2 managers' ineptitude.

I don’t think buying or not buying will have anything to do with the manager, for most folk, it will be about the price, where / who we are playing, and as you’ve pointed out, one win at home all season, also time / days games will be played, BBC SCOTLAND now show championship games on a Friday night, any decent games, i.e. derby match will not be on a Saturday.

I got my first season ticket, a half season ticket for my 18th birthday, and have had one ever since, I am seariously thinking about not renewing, there will be many more like me,

    Maybe if

Price freeze for two weeks is an absolute kick in the teeth for the fans. We still have a season to finish, games to fork out for and they give 2 weeks for people to pay up to get the frozen ticket prices - that pretty much excludes any fan that can't afford to fork out based on 1 pay packet - many because they are supporting the club at away games, HoF dinners, POTY etc.

At a minimum they should freeze until the end of the season - i hope our SLO is making representations to the board about this.
