    Chart indie drivel. Awful .
High flying birds first album was also decent.

    There's a theme here
But record sales don't lie , especially in the 90 s and the first decade of the millennium when people still went out and bought their music .

I don't particularly care for Take That , not my thing but the popularity and record sales tend to suggest they are pretty talented .

    All about personal taste .

IBS raises this thing about the Gallagher brothers every few months. I don't think he liked Oasis. I was and still am a big fan. I can see why people disliked them or think they were overrated. But as a band Oasis made at least two classic albums and the journey from Definitely Maybe to Dig Out Your Soul was a truly awesome ride. Sandwiched between the albums were a wealth of incredible B-sides, the likes of Talk Tonight, Half The World Away, The Masterplan, Aquiesce.. songs that everyone knows, which could easily have made another classic album.

Since Oasis, Noel has expanded his sound from simple acoustic singalongs to a fresh and energetic psychedelic rock.
I was not a fan of Beady Eye but Liam's solo stuff is not bad. His voice is knackered now though.

Most people don't seek out new music though and are just content to listen to what they,RE given .
    Pulp Fiction, pulp music.
There ,s so much infinitely better stuff out there than what's been served up by those two......just need to go out and find it.

You should come over and see my music collection.

BTW, what's that song they play as we kick off a match?

Their arguments are more entertaining than their music.

Oasis are pretty ancient now, their peak was 24 years ago, young people won't have a clue who they are.

Some bands and songs I have been listening to over the last 10 years that most people would probably never heard of.

Starting with - The Little Flames - Isobella

Interesting one, that opening guitar seems familiar but I can't place it. Hints of Blondie in the song itself
