Hewitt is one of the poorest players ever to wear a Notts shirt. I thought some of the Mills/T'darrsson/Thompson era were poor but he makes some of those look world class by comparison.

Modern managers & coaches like grafters, people "...who do a job.." forgetting/ignoring that they lack basic skills and/or the ability to do something creative. Hewitt is a classic example of a duff player who can get away with it at this level if he is in a decent team. When he isn't, as now, he just looks cr@p.
