    D_D's player ratings vs. Leicester

Firstly, before I debate ratings, incidents in the game, officials, I must give credit to Leicester and Pearson for one of the best displays I've seen Championship, period.

    On to my ratings:

Grant 4- He nearly gifted James a goal early on after a poor parry from a Dyer shot, and he definitely should have done better with Vardy's goal; it went underneath him.

Wisdom 5- Not great, as Dyer took him on a couple of times, but he's done that to everyone in the division. Still tried to play football throughout.

Keane 3- Awful for the first goal, as De Laet just went past him. He put out an arm, and did nothing else. Allowed Vardy too much space for his goal. He let the ball bounce for the second goal, and got bullied throughout. The worst defensive performance in a Derby shirt since Naylor vs. S****horpe.

Buxton 4- Jointly at fault for the fourth goal, as Vardy was between the him and Keane, something a centre back shouldn't allow to happen. Generally got outclassed today.

    Forsyth 4-

Agree with the majority of that except for Martin's dive and...

Grant 7 - kept the score from getting embarrassing.

Hughes 4 - as poor as the rest of midfield.

I'd give Grant a 7, made some smart saves and I'd give Martin a 6, he held the ball up as well as he could, but just wasn't receiving a great deal of support.

Only one I'd disagree with is Grant, I thought he did well to keep it in single figures.

Spot on with Michael Keane, he was shocking and very weak, a central defender needs to actually challange. We have the right coaches to fix the problem, but I was surprised that a lad of his size was muscled out so easilly. I look forward to Keogh returning.
