    Prego 6 A Side Tournament

A big well done to Palmerston Colts on winning the Sunday League 6 A Side Tournament! It is good to see a team linked with Queens doing well, especially in the first tournament held at the Palmerston Indoor arena! Big well done to Eck, Clark, Pengie and all the lads involved!

Must say the tournament was very well organised by the Sunday league committee and the match officials. The feedback on the pitches from any of the players I spoke to was all positive and proves this will be a great asset for the future of the club.
As the chairman of the league said during the presentation it was nice to see a club asssociated with Queens win the first tournament on the new surface.
As you will see by the photo there are still a few Queens regulars playing for the club and also on the coaching and committee side of things well done all involved.
