Price agreed for transfer of UBIG's 50 per cent #HMFC shares to Foundation of #Hearts. Needs rubber stamped legally. Full story in EN today.

UBIG admins have verbally agreed a price with BDO to hand #Hearts shares over but must go through legal process.

The only fact in your post is that everyone now knows that you are a swallower and not a spitter

How in the of the wee man can UBIG agree anything, verbally or written, regarding the shares when those very same shares are 'Frozen' by the Lithuanian courts ya muppet.

Those very same shares are intrinsic to the ongoing criminal multimillion pound investigation that the Lithuanian court is having to wade through but hey, they're going to drop all that to 'unfreeze' and fast track those shares to save hearts.

The clue in what allisbarry has said is ...'needs rubber stamped legally'

The only thing you've got a grasp for in this fiasco is those straws you're clutching.
