    Yep , a very good win for Sunderland considering they are fighting relegation . Although I can see Gus getting them out of it , probably at our expense.

    Can I ask though , because they can now go on and win it , maybe get in Europe. "Will that then make them a big team " ?


    Or is it just a one off and they are still a " small $ hit team " ?

    Well they are a far bigger team than their NE rivals Newcastle in that they've won a major trophy since the 50s!!!


    Their fans aren't as classy as ours tho' but on a level with the Spammers!



    But very well done and I loved watching Fergie's face when they missed that last pen!
