    I was expecting a crowd of about 12k which is one of the main reasons I'm not going, but that's a pretty good turnout.

    As for the team, I'd like to see the likes of Gallagher and Reed given a game from the start, see what they can do.

    To put that in context it's more than double 'big city' team Birmingham got at home to a Premier League team.

    To put it into a local context, 24,000 is twice as many as another club had when they played Yeovil in a league game just over a year ago.

    No updates on yesterdays game involving our charity thieving neighbours then? Hardly surprising given their fickle support.

    As an aside, I thought the Yeovil fans did well yesterday. No sign of any trouble, and they were vocal throughout
