I think sufficient time has elapsed to lift Basie's ban. He has after all, been a member of this forum for some time, and I believe such lengthy membership should avail one to some reprieve.

Personally, I'd say no way. My gut feelings tell me, it isn't just about being a knob head with him. One day it'll finish up in court with a libel case and MAD websites dragged into it.

The only way, I'd consider it, would be one and if caught again, a global ban.

Also he should do penance for the aged. Like cleaning the seats at Murder lane.
